OUR APRICOTS

Our apricots are grown in the Ribatejo region. Due to the excellent climatic conditions, our apricots are quite sweet and with a lot of coloration.

Apricots are rich in various nutrients, particularly in vitamin C and vitamin A.

E.Timóteo Lda has the ideal conditions for the production of Damascus, producing fruits of excellent food quality, a fundamental factor for the satisfaction of consumers.

Storage: Apricots are kept in a normal atmosphere between 2,5 ºC and 3ºC.

Physicochemical parameters: Brix minimum: 9% | Minimum hardness: from 3 to 6 kg / 1cm2.
