Our plums are grown in the Ribatejo region. Due to the excellent climatic conditions, our plums are quite sweet and juicy.
Plums are highly nutritious, with high levels of sugar, minerals and vitamins.

PRODUCTION
E.Timóteo Lda has the ideal conditions for the production of Plum, producing fruits of excellent food quality, a fundamental factor for the satisfaction of the consumers.
Storage: Plums are kept in a normal atmosphere between 2.5 and 3ºC.
Physicochemical parameters: Brix minimum – 9% | Minimum hardness – 4 Kg / 1cm2.
